1.Can I cancel my order?
Due to the nature of the system, basically we cannot accept cancellations due to customer convenience. Please note.
2. Have you checked the product details?Please contact us from the inquiry form. We will check and reply.
3. I want to change the payment method.
The payment method cannot be changed after the payment is completed. Please note.
4.Can you ship overseas?
Delivery is only within Japan.
5.Can you deliver to remote islands?
Delivery to remote islands is also possible
6. The item was damaged.
If the product is defective, please contact us by e-mail within ■5 days■ after the product arrives. We will process the refund.

7.Do you have restocks?
All items are one-of-a-kind and will not be restocked.
If you would like to receive notification emails when new products arrive, please register your email.
8. Can I have a cooling-off period?
Cooling-off is a system for consumer protection of door-to-door sales. Please note that it does not apply to internet sales.
9. I don't want to use a credit card.Is there another payment method?
We also accept bank transfer and Paypal payments.
