- About payment
You can choose the payment method from credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, bank transfer.
credit card
You can pay by card with VISA, Mastercard, American Express. (Only lump-sum payment is accepted.)
Google Pay
If you are using Google Chrome, you can pay with your Google Pay account.
On the payment screen, select Google Pay from Express Checkout.
Apple Pay
You can use Apple Pay to make payments on the web in Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
On the payment screen, select Apple Pay from Express Checkout.
PayPal
You can pay using the credit card, debit card or bank account (direct debit) registered to your PayPal account.
Bank transfer
After completing the order, please transfer the total order price to the designated account below within 5 days.
In addition, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

- About delivery and shipping
Regarding delivery
It will be delivered by Japan Post.
Delivery time: Usually, it will be delivered in about 3-10 business days after ordering. However, please note that there may be delays due to shipping reasons.

- About product return conditions
Deadline for returns
Please contact us within 5 days after you receive the item.
Even if you return the product without contacting us about the return, we will not be able to accept it, so please be sure to let us know.
- Cancellation
Please note that basically we cannot accept order cancellations after the ordered products have been shipped.
For cancellations before shipment, please contact us using the inquiry form. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the content of the cancellation.
